Address changes are possible during the processing period. Once your order is dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. Contact our team as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Occasional carrier delays can occur, especially during peak seasons. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please reach out and we will investigate right away.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties. These fees are set by your country's customs authority and are not controlled by Nuviro. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

We ship to P.O. boxes in some regions. Please ensure your full address is correctly entered at checkout. If you experience any issues, our team is happy to assist.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and its contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery on all full-price items. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and a reference number. Returns outside this window cannot be accepted.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All delivery timeframes are set in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Times may vary by location and carrier. Tracking is sent to your email upon dispatch. For any questions, our team is available to assist you.
